The Process
Katherine will professionally evaluate your pieces, Bryn will appraise your fine jewelry and provide expert assessment of its value. Everything in our gallery is individually evaluated by Katherine and appraised by Bryn. Katherine is an expert evaluater for over 30 years and Bryn is an appraiser with extensive experience appraising gold, diamonds, precious metals. Katherine and her staff provide accurate appraisals of fine art, sculptures, fine jewelry, diamonds, home furnishings and all the types of properties featured in our gallery auctions. Katherine and Bryn's exsquisit team members are certified gemologist and graduates of the Gemologist Institute of America (GIA) with specialties in diamonds and colored stones. Katherine and Bryn's associates are accredited members of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. In addition, she is an experienced art appraiser with expertise in Chinese fine art and other Asian works of art. From homes to jewelry and fine works of art, we can determine the value of your property.
When selling your art properties, fine jewelry or liquidating your estate, Sterling Estate Brokers is the right choice. You deserve your property’s true value. We use auctions to maximize your property’s value, so we can pay you exactly what it is worth.
Upon consignment or sale, Sterling Estate Brokers will issue you a check for the item or items you wish to give to Katherine, and we bring it to auction. We also charge a small insurance fee. Sterling Estate Brokers commissions from auction sales account for the entire cost of the auction and marketing of the items featured in the gallery.
